Baby Ellie has been admitted overnight

Ellie Update.......
Well, I called the vet this morning to see how Ellie was doing and who could I hear in the background giving them all crap, ELLIE! She's full of energy and wants out of her crate to play. I was so happy seeing as for three days she was just getting worse.
She can't come out right now because they started her on another bag of IV but will be removing it at noon. She ate her breakfast this morning and didn't vomit which is great news but still has diarrhea. They still don't know what caused this because she hasn't passed anything. The vet feels she ingested something that threw her system off and with having "the scoots" and then starting to throw up she started to become dehydrated therefore her body was working properly to help her get past this but with hydrating her again with the IV fluids it's given her the boost she needs to work through this. They said many times puppies have these things happen and with them being young it doesn't take much for them to start to dehydrate.
So they're are giving Ellie a bath and we get to pick her up at 4:30. We may never know what happened, it could be a mystery illness but I'm just happy that she's able to come home and hopefully no more vomiting.
