Aww Momma don't cry~

She here's a question for everyone-

Last night DH and I got into a bit of a fight, and being the emotional basket case that I am, I end up in the living room crying. Well Lady doesn't like it when we fight- she'll leave the room immidiately and go and sulk in a different room.

Well I'm in the living room crying, and here comes lady trying to weasel her way under my arm to give me kisses. It was like she was trying to say, "Aww Momma don't cry, please don't cry." What a sweet cry. It's so hard to be upset when you are being overtaken my a boxer tounge.

Do your babies console you when you are upset?

Yes...very much so ...Boo trys to get in face to lick my tears away ...he wont leave my side unitl I stop...I think its so sweet !

It's the best. As she so darn persistant. I tell ya- if I'm upset and try to push her away, she just keeps coming back. She wont take no for an answer, she's got a job to do! lovicon

If I am upset both of mine will come and comfort me. It's like they know and want you to feel better. It always makes me smile.

Brutus won't tolerate crying in "his" house. If I am having a bad day he won't leave my side and if I cry he will start kissing and whimpering untill I have no choice but to laugh. And then he will start Kidney Beaning and hopping around like the goof I love!

I think sometimes that they know that that is their "job". I know Cash prefers a smile on my face to tears anyday! They seem so in tune with our hearts and emotions. Hope you are feeling better today.

Awwww....how sweet is that? I know Orion knows when I just need one of those boxer hugs. He will come and wrap his big ole paws around me and lay his head on my shoulder.

Vegas does the same thing but during our fights, he doesn't sulk. He gets right in between us as if to say "you two go away and cool off!" He is definitely the referee in the house!

Bailey is the same way, If I am sad she kisses me, If I am mad she makes me laugh, if I am being lazy she makes me get up, If i am sick she stays and comforts me!! She knows just what to do and when to do it!!

Buffie will go to great lengths to stop sadness and crying. She was my angel when I was pregnant and going through the "cry over everything phase".

Lexi will come over give me a quick "you'll be alright" kiss and then carries on her merry way!!
