Autry and Morris at Christmas

Autry met the new grandpup Morris this Christmas in Chicago. It was a bittersweet meeting. Our son and family lost their boxer boy Brutus suddenly in late September, two weeks after a viisit by Autry and us. Autry immediately searched their entire house for Brutus after we arrived. He ignored Morris for the first several hours. By the end of Christmas Eve day, they were playing and sleeping together.

So adorable! Glad that Autry came around and warmed up to the new lil guy. I cant imagine how heart breaking it was to see him looking for the other doggie. That kinda stuff always pulls my heart strings. The new baby is adorable! Love the picture of with his lil bowtie on.
