Absolutely :) !!!

We have always had two ( well, now we have three :) Honestly I wouldn't have it any other way. It is overwhelming to think about in the beginning, you know, all the what "if's". They are great for entertaining each other, and, I honestly feel they need that "doggie" companion, they are so loving and playful, they all really love each other, all of ours have been like that. I wish you well, just do it!!!! I promise, you will not be sorry. ( neither will she, lol. )

Me and my DH learned with our first dog. She was an only child. And after she passed my DH said the next time we get a dog it will be plural. At first it was a little overwhelming when we got the boys, but i agree the pros outway the cons. We don't feel guilty when we have to go somewhere because they are together. They play together constantly so we never have to entertain them...we are only there for the cuddling :) and really what is a bigger bag of food? Oh and the laughs...they just crack you up in twos. They do the funniest things together...It is a lot easier then we thought it would ever be! It is kind of like when you are an only child and you wish you had that sibling to play with so you weren't lonely...I defintely recommend more than one...

I agree with everyone else, two are great! An added bonus for us was that Nestle was starting to get a bit chubby from lounging around the house. In the year since Hobart has been around she has lost 10 pounds and is now at her ideal weight according to the vet. They just play all the time and I've never seen anything cuter than two worn out pups cuddling together for a nap lovicon

We have two, a mom and a son. And they are great together always playing and very good at keeping each other entertained. Mom was older when we got her (She's almost 3) so we didn't have to go through all the puppy stuff with two but now that we have two I don't think i could bare just having one. They are great together. And I agree with everyone that said the pros definitley out weigh the cons.

Two are much better for all the reasons given above. We had 3 and lost the two girls within 2 months to health problems. The boy is missing them. We don't go where the can't go on trips since we have a 5th whell camper and they loved it. oh by the way we are getting a baby the middle of April, it will be born on the 2nd of March.

I have a lab and a boxer right now. I don't think I could ever have just one. I too would feel very guilty having to go somewhere and leave one alone. Even though I have two dogs, I am searching for another boxer. I think it would be lots of fun and laughs to see two boxers together all of the time.

I agree, having two is a lot more work but it's worth it. They love each others company. When you separate them for even a minute it's like they had been apart for a month!

The only problem that we have had is that we have 2 males and they have gotten into a coupke of fights. It's kind of scary. I suppose that's what boys do, but we have had to take everything away that makes them asert there dominance. They can't have any toys around each other, or anything. I think what happened is we got 2 dominant males so neither of them back down.

Other than that I love them to death and they love each other to death.
