Anyone located in the Dallas area?

YAY! We will see Kolby, Zoey, and Snatch tomorrow! Lambeau doesn't get his stitches out until Friday, but we think he will be fine. He has been his normal crazy self since the day after surgery, so surely the dog park won't be too much more strenuous!!
Can't wait to see everyone!

Are we still on????

Just wanted to make sure we are all still on for tonight, (Wed) around 6:30.
We are going to try and be there if we can find a ride to church for our son. I am sure it will not be a problem. Can't wait!!!!!
Now, can someone give me directions coming from Mckinney, I live at the intersection of Custer and Virginia (380). If not I am sure we will find you all. I hope Kolby has the energy, he is playing ALL DAY today with his best friend Boomer, he is a Golden that is only 1 1/2 so lotttttts of energy. Kolby is usually exhausted by the time he leaves.

boxrkisses- I would take 75 south, exit Springcreek, go right at the light. Keep going on Springcreek through Custer. After you go through the light at Custer, start looking to your right for a small street called Pleasant Valley Drive. Take a right on Pleasant Valley Drive. The parking lot for the dog park is
a short ways down on the right. Once you park you should see others walking to the dog area.

You may also be able to come south down Custer from McKinney and then take a right on Springcreek.

Whatever you think will be faster.

Kolby and Jake had a great time yesterday. We left the dog park and went over to some friends (where my husband was) and ate dinner over there. Usually Kolby LOVES playing with their dog but not yesterday..... He just laid in the plastic pool. I guess two play dates on one day exhausted the old man. It was great seeing all the kids (gg) I can not wait until I am able to get another.
By the way, how do I up date my signature, I was informed by hubby that I have the age of Kolby wrong and of course Jake has since had a birthday.
Also, one of you were telling me of a new rescue in town, please give web address.

Address: Tatum Street
Directions: From Dallas, go north on Central Expressway 75 to McDermott Exit in Allen. Head west a couple of miles and turn left on Alma. The entrance to the park is on the left, Tatum Street.
Hours: 6am-10pm
Comments: This is a large 70-acre (roughly) open field with trees and trails creek running through for the dogs to play in so areas with obsticle course also.
