its pretty much the same thing but i saw that there was a calendar on there and other things. i figured it would maybe help with the scheduling of the bashes since it seems things have a way of changing now and then. also it could be just a way of all of us texans talking instead of having like 45 pages:D on boxer world. it was just an idea we will just see what happens.

i haven't been able to come to a bash yet but me and lucy can't wait. i used to live in McKinney but now i'm in stephenville. i a fellow boxer world buddy here in town so we are going to get together and carpool down there. can't wait to meet all of you.

the holidays...

Ok, I know we never got our October Bash and now it is going to be Thanksgiving, and then Christmas ..... SOooo what I was thinking .. was if anyone wanted to just throw all three months into one, so that no one has to hold plans for the holidays, and "think you have to choose between family or bashes" ..... so if anyone wants to come up with a date and time say in either November ... December ... or January then hold our regular scheduled bashes starting in February say noon the last Saturday of the month .... then we should be all done with the holidays and then back to normal .....

No we haven't met yet. but i'm pretty sure i saw u the other day walking around campus with Kane and a coupla pit bulls. I was practly jumping out the window of my car because i saw another boxer in Stephenville.:D But Kristi our other boxer buddy in town said she yall and turned around to come say hi. We will all have to get together some time and let the babies play. And don't worry i'm not discriminatory to other breeds so the pits can come too. :D

Hi Roxie can't wait to go to the park, and see other boxers, she is very playful but sometimes she doesn't like certain dog for some reason, some she loves others she doesn't ..go figure...
we might go next wednesday to try it. let me know if anyone wants to meet there. I'm in Lewisville.

That was us . We would love to get together so the dogs can play. We met Kristi a while back but havent had the chance to met her boxers.

i thought so....not to many people running around town with boxers. Kristi's babies are awsome. they are so mellow. lucy is a freak. she LOVES people and dogs. Me and Kristi are in a obedience class together and her boxers are the only dogs in the class that will put up with Lucy's hyperness. we will have to figure out a place to get together. can't wait to meet you guys.

I have recently moved to Euless and live in an apartment where they allow dogs. Ruby (boxer) can't find a playmate to save her soul! She needs someone to be box with desperately. All the dogs here are either too small and grouchy, too old, or just can't handle her energy...anyone close?

We try to get together on the las Saturday of each month at Connemara Dog Park in Plano/Allen. We're not sure what is going to happen over the holidays. We have been having 15-20 boxers the past couple of boxer bashes. We have members all over the metroplex. I'm sure you'll find someone at our next bash who lives near you. This is the thread to subscribe to to get info. Welcome to BW!
