Okay, I think I have asked this before - -Where in TX is this bash located?

From OK: Take 75 South to the Mcdermott exit in Allen,TX. Turn right and go about 1 1/4 miles to Alma. Turn left on Alma. After about 1/2 mile, Tatum St. is on your left. Tatum is hard to spot because it is a 1 lane gravel road. Alma will narrow to 2 lanes and when it widens back to 4 lanes, you will see Tatum on your left. Turn left on Tatum and go about 150 yards and the street deadends into Connemara dog park.

I'm curious. What can we do there that we can't do here? We can PM or e-mail each other. We can share photos, post messages and go to the chatroom. Do they offer something else?

Also, we'd love to meet you at a boxer bash. We have them on the last Saturday of each month at Connemara Dog Park in Plano/Allen.

Just found this link. Wish I could come to the bash!!!

He would be great with small dogs, people, and puppies, just not large dogs.

Do the dogs at the bashes run loose? How many are there? Are there ever any other owners of fur babies with dominance issues?

I'd love to come to an event, but would have to stay on the sidelines keeping Pharaoh leashed and couldn't have a big dog approach us.

Stupid stipulations, I know, but it don't have a choice in the matter. I won't come to cause trouble, but it's worth asking.

Jennifer, We have been having 15-20 boxers. Dogs are a lot less protective off leash. The park has about 100 acres to let them run free. We haven't had any problems amongst all our boxers. The only problems I've seen are with a couple of Australian shepherds that like to start fights, and they don't stay long. (We always make sure of that) We would be glad to introduce Pharoah to the gang to see if he acts well in the crowd. There are no facilities. Bring water for you and your dog. The kids play on the hay bales and with the dogs. We just have a good ole time the last Saturday of every month.

I didn't know you had another baby besides Kaiser!!! :o

They are toooo cute! I watched the slideshows. Did you ever notice that in one of your birthday pictures with the hamburgers, Kaiser is looking at Lola's burger, and she's looking at his.

Just like Boxers. Always thinkin' the other one's got something better.
