Anyone know about Buster?

In addition to finding out how Buster is doing has anyone heard about that jerks punishment? I'm sorry to offend the jerks of the world by lumping this guy in that catagory but I can't say what I would really like to.

Okay, here is the latest on Buster and on Barry Colbert (the creep who beat him)...

Buster:
Buster has been adopted and is living happily and safely far, far away from that monster (Barry Colbert). But near his foster mom so she can visit often.

Barry Colbert:
Barry Colbert has gotten extension after extension but his trial date is now set for January. This man is a brutal and violent individual who is a repeat offender and who I believe, if given the opportunity, will do this again or kill someone next time. If you want to write to the judge involved in Barry's case here is the information:
