We are in New Rochelle and are always on the lookout for a get together. What parks does everyone bring their boxers to?

Hi-

We used to go to Ridge Road Park in Hartsdale but haven't been in a month or so. The police came (it's an on leash park and everybody was off leash) and threatened us. Needless to say I haven't been back. Friday night in Petco I was talking to a man who mentioned a park in New Rochelle off of Quaker Ridge Road but I'm not sure where it is. Ever heard of it?

Yes, I've been there a couple of times. If you turn off of quaker ridge rd where Ward Acres school is it is in to the right. You have to go in through a nature trail and back in about 100 yards or so it opens up.

Well I would love to have a Boxer Bash for those of us in and around Westchester/Rockland/Orange but I'm really at a loss as to where we can hold it. Does anyone have any ideas? A lot of places are "dog parks" but they are not fenced in and not off-lead. Cassie - is there any place near you?

I am in Mt. Kisco and would love to meet up. Micky is just 11 weeks old, but he is getting the rest of his shots on Monday, 8/16/04. I would love to get together in the near future for a boxer bash.

Bugsy and I live in Ulster County, Woodstock to be exact. We would love to meet up with everyone. Bugsy doesn't get to play with other Boxer's, he would love it. He's still recovering from a broken leg, but in September he should be able to go all out again. If there is anyone upstate that wants to get together let me know.
