Boxer Buddy
Thank you, Courtney323 --
I always knew that the boxer was considered medium sized by the AKC but never questioned the breeder and veterinarian's advice to feed the Pro Plan Large breed formula. The packages say any dog that will be over 50 lbs but I guess I should know better than to trust the packaging.
I have done so much reading on different foods and am so overwhelmed by all of the information, I just don't know what to feed. I wish someone could tell me what THE BEST food was and I would just go out and buy it but I guess different dogs have different needs so it's not that easy. I am leaning toward Wellness right now because of all of the natural ingredients.
When should I have switched from puppy to adult food? I had read to do that at one year and Deuce is still under 8 months.
I appreciate the input.
