We are switching Tyson from Wellness to Timberwolf and I was just wondering if anyone else is feeding this also and what they think of it. It seems to be agreeing with him so far but he's been pooping like mad probably double the norm. It's not diareah but he also went through a big bout of gas too almost all day yesterday. Hopefully once he totally makes the switch this will lessen. I read that they also make a rolled type of wet food and some vitamin supplements but can't find any of them on their website anyone know of a place I can get them?

I just started Creek on Timberwolfs Ocean Blue variety, so far he seems ok w/t it. He's puddle pooping right now but I suspect that will disappear after he gets used to it.

i was just at the dog food store today and came out more confused than ever.I saw a brand that i'm pretty sure was Timberwolf. From what i understood it was like a powder that you have to mix and add your own meat to.It makes a kind of meatloaf thatyou can freeze after.I thought that you were switching to Merrick for Tyson.I brought home a bag of Eagle Pack holistic but you know i think that i will just start cooking his food myself.I spend all Sunday cooking for me so what's a couple extra hours. At least i'll know EXACTLY where the meat and other things are coming from.

We did try Merrick for a bit but didn't work out well. He absolutely loved it mixed with water but that's exactly how it came out, like water! I've learned to only buy the small bag until we know if it's gonna work or not. He's actually better on the Timberwolf than on the Wellness. I think I finally found the right food thank god. I can tell he loves it too considering everytime we feed him 10 minutes later I find that he's picked all the wellness out of his bowl and left it on the kitchen floor! I read on the website that they made some type of wet food roll but can't seem to find it and was wondering if anyone else gets this. I am actually surprised that more people aren't feeding this cause from the ingredients it seems like one of the top foods to me. I can't see anything a bad at all in it. I hope Foreman does well on his new food. I hate cooking for myself let alone the dog. Now if they made doggie drive-thrus we'd be all set!

they have this brand called EVO and it is all meat. The protein is sooo high. But you have to add the other stuff. If Tyson's poops go downhill give that a shot.As for Foreman,I will start adding in the Eagle pack soon but i think that i will be known as the renowned "CHEF KEVIN" :LOL:after the bag is finished

We switched to Timberwolf Organics Wild & Natural Dry formula. Bo lost a little weight on it and the poop was nearly impossible to pick up! Not to get too explicit here but even when it appeared to be hard it would disolve and don't let it rain or have a mist.

After a few months of being patient and hoping it would get better we switched to Back to Basics. Bo has done wonderful on this food and we are very pleased.

FYI: Timberwolf Ogranics isn't 100% organic nor human grade. I know the name says otherwise. Back to Basics is 100% all human grade.

Well it's been over 2 months since we switched to Timberwolf and I must say I absolutely love it. Tyson has never had better BM's in his whole life and his coat is nice and shiny. We just switched from lamb and apples to southwest chicken and he loves it. The only draw back is now when he has gas it really stinks but his poops don't stink (wierd). I finally got my parents to switch from purina to Timberwolf and their dog is doing well and licks the bowl clean every feeding which she never did ( still can't convince them to give her a bully stick :) ). I just wish they would hurry up and start selling the wet food roll so I can use it as treats. Overall I would highly recommend this brand to anyone.

You ought to get the Ocean Fish formula (its what I was feeding Creek). Your dog will pinch a loaf and you'd swear someone just opened a can of tuna. And the "loaves" were a weird brownish/blue. He loved it tho and will probably be getting some of their elk formula whenever I run out of novel protein sources. :)

Great to hear he is doing so well on it :) On ingredient lists alone, IMO Timberwolf Organics has to be one of the best foods available.

That's what I thought too but it seems like there's not alot of people who feed it.
