Ok let's get the ball rolling again. Before it gets too hot let's have a get together. I don't care where we have it at this point. The only time I can't go is the 26th of this month. There is a Pet festival at the fairgrounds and me, Tammey, Powder and Barkley are working.

Boxer Bash

Hi All,

I am Jenifer and I have read alot about a get together but I am not sure if one has actually happened. If there is one planned I would love to join. If not then I am a stay at home mom and I would love to get together with at least one other person and plan one. So let me know either way. I live in Guthrie so I am close to most any place and if not I am willing to travel (in OK that is). If a place is a problem then Guthrie has two great parks. They are not dog parks but as long as we clean up after ourselves and our furbabies we could have a lot of fun. Let me know ya'll!!

Let us know the time. I'm coming from Tulsa so, I have a 2 hour travel time each way. So hopefully it won't be too early or too late in the day and the day won't be one of those lovely 110 degree July Oklahoma Days!

I am anxious to see the Hefner park and hope that all the boxer owners nearby in OK can come. The last one we had in Yukon was so much fun but alas, only a few of us attended.

We are going to try to be there. i work till 1 on that day, so we can't get there till about 2:30. So it depends on what time it is. I am so excited, i think my parents and I are going to try to bring all 3 boxers, but they have never been to a dog park or one of these so it might be interesting on how they act. We might not last very long. They can act very aunry sometimes. I will cross my fingers. Hope to see and meet lots of BW members.

Norman Here!!

Hello everyone! I'm in Norman with two 12 week old puppies who just got out of the vet hospital. Duke is getting fattened up already and is back to his old self. Emma is getting out today (I hope), so when i get her all fattened back up we'll be ready for that boxer bash everyone is talking about. Has the metro area ever held one of these? If so, where? Should be lots of fun. Okay, see you okies around!

Still a Go

So, I originally planned for 2 pm meet at Hefner Dog Park, but the time somehow got changed to 11 am, which is fine by me, but we won't make it until later since Sketch has puppy classes that day. Anyway, nobody has told me that they do not have directions. I will be driving out there this weekend to make a few little maps that I can scan and post on here. I keep getting more and more people saying that they plan on being there, so I am excited about it. Seems we are going to have a great turnout!
