Another seizure?

Wow! I have not been here in forever - way too long!!
Anyway, I have a question!

Asia has seizures but tonight something a little different happened.
Normally, she will fall and kick her legs and she will pee everywhere. Tonight she didn't pee. I don't know, it just felt different. I know she had to go potty because afterwards we took her outside and she did her business - a lot!

So, I guess my question is - is it possible to have a seizure without the peeing just all of a sudden? Or do you think something more happened? It scared the daylights out of me and my husband. I just don't know what to think. She will be nine years old this year and just the thought of anything happening makes me sick to my stomach!

I forgot to mention, we were in the process of getting dressed to take her to the ER when this happened, so I do plan on calling her vet tomorrow to talk about this little episode.

Hoping this is not the case but my Bailey was having what I thought were seizures, sometimes with loss of bladder control & sometimes not. However, after lots of testing turns out she had an arrhythmic cardiomyopathy - where the timing of heart beats (like to many in a row too fast not letting the heart fill up with blood to pump to the rest of her body) would deprive her of oxygen to the point where she would fall down and seize. After confirmed diagnosis via Holter monitor and cardiologist read, Vet put her on medication called sotolol, a beta blocker that regulates her heart beat, and she has been fine ever since (for the last 2 years).

Good luck to you and Asia.
