Today is Chloe's first birthday! We can't believe how fast this whole year (minus 9 weeks of waiting; because those dragged on) has gone by! Chloe is an absolute doll; I am so proud of her & I am just so happy to have her. My life is definitely better. I need her just as much as she needs me. Chloe makes every day special; she makes me (us) smile, laugh - and teaches us to love more - and better. We have learned a lot about her - but mostly, we have learned so much about ourselves; Chloe makes us better. We've become more patient, we've made new friends, we've had the opportunity to reach out to others and share some laughter, and we’ve had the opportunity to teach and learn... Geez, I could go on - but I'm making myself cry. Thus, before this gets sappy, please help me wish the monkey HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY!
