anal secretion

good morning boxer lovers,
I have a question. My sweet baby sometimes has this TERRIBLE SMELLING liquid that leaks from his butt,it's clear with a little brown in it. Does anyone have this problem and if so do you know what it is AND how can it be stopped? Or can it be stopped?
The oder is breathtaking, enough to make you almost get sick.

His anal glands may be impacted and/or infected. Normally they empty when the dog has a bowel movement, but sometimes - like if the stools are not firm enough - they do not empty. Your vet can express the glands - and show you how to do it yourself and save money in the future.
