More prone to than what? The average dog, or specific other breeds?
I don't really think so anyway. The things that cause allergies in boxers are the same as for other breeds - usually unsuitable food items like grains (especially corn, wheat, beet pulp and soy), low-quality meat by-products and some environmental things like pollen and dust. That's pretty much the same for all dogs.
