It could be what they are grooming her with...and as for her saliva breaking you out, my dogs also do that on occation, but not all the time. I think its something they get into/or lick. I have really bad allergies and allergic to all grass so I think thats part of it. There is also shampoos for dogs that help people with allergies like you'all seem to be having. Maybe check with your vet/groomer to see if they can recommend something.
