allergies!!!!

Hi everyone. I have a 2 year old boxer...my little baby. She is the sweetest thing!! We just found out she has allergies. She is allergic to pretty much EVERYTHING...to the point we now have to give her allergy shots every 10 days. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes Jed has allergies too, you will find alot of Boxers have :(

I keep Jeds under control with creams and when he gets too itchy and irritated, he has a course of cortisone. He mostly chews his feet and scratches his nose & chin...poor man.

Are his allergies food related or environmental? I know a man here in town that has a beautiful boy who is allergic to like 18 things most environmental some food so he has to do the BARF thing for him. It's OK the guy is a chef and loves to cook! Good thing too I like to eat.

Hi,
I have a 2 year old bitch called Heidi, she suffers from allergies to, house dust to name but one. No matter how much times the house is hoovered, dusted etc she still scratches like mad, poor girl. I wondered if anyone had tried homeopathic remedies and if so with any success.

See my post "meeko has issues" - a lot of people responded about allergies to carpet cleaners (Pet Fresh) and detergent - never occurred to me, but it all makes sense now.

allergies

my boyfriends dog had this problem, they took her to the allergy specialist and they too have to give shots daily. She also has a very bland diet - Sorry you have to do this to your baby but it'll be better for your dog not to have these allergic reactions ! Your not the only one !
