Advice needed

I tried TOTW with my dogs and they had no interest in it. I switched to Natural Balance Alpha dog and they eat it right up. I dont have to do a thing to it. Even my extremely picky jack Russell will eat it.

Well I was saying if you only have a small amount in your hand they are licking your hand as they are eating the kibble, but anyway I hope you figure it out and it may be he just doesn't like the food. Good luck
