Boxer Pal
My aunt is currently fostering 2 boxers who were rescued last Thursday. They spent the weekend at the vet's, and received a clean bill of health, but I am working hard to find them "forever" homes. They were very negleted, but to our knowledge, not abused. One is a 15 month old male, fawn, and the other is his mother, an 8 year old fawn. My aunt cannot keep them, but will take good care of them until we find good homes. We have contacted a couple of boxer rescue groups in Tennessee, and they are full. I do not want these dogs to go to just anyone who will take them, but to someone who understands the commitment and particularly wants a boxer for all of their wonderful (and sometimes not so wonderful) traits. I have a male and wouldn't trade him for anything, so I am going to be very cautious. Please repsond to this thread if you are interested, or are aware of someone who you know would make good parents. We will do a home visit, if possible, and also there will be a contract involved. Thanks for any assistance in this matter.
