I am actively seeking a female rescue boxer but there is a severe shortage of rescue dogs in Canada (don't get me wrong - that is a good thing!). I have already applied but it seems there are many more homes than dogs. I am willing to work long distance for the right dog. I would even be willing to buy a pup for a reasonable price (one breeder I talked to was asking $1100!). I can easily reach Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Montana and possibly B.C. Can anyone help?
(I have two males already so I am only interested in a female as I think she would fit in/boss around the boys a little better than a male - besides, I am greatly outnumbered with all the boys around here!)
