I'm so glad I stumbled upon this thread!! I thought Ricky had an allergy or something. He has the same bumps under his chin and sometimes he'll stratch at them and they will bleed. I'll try the tucks and cleaning his face after eating that sounds like it could help.

Witch Hazel

Mabel will get breakouts occasionally. My vet recommended that I try to keep her face clean and to use Witch Hazel on the area when there are flare-ups.
