A Summer Reminder

I ended up grabbing just a regular squirt bottle from Target that I keep filled. We mist Dutch down and he also gets to drink in the process. It is easy to keep with me too...i just hook it on something via the trigger. Dutch seems to like it alot. Just another idea for all of you. I can see how uncomfortable Dutch is in the hot weather so I try my best to keep him cooled off!

For those of us with white furkids, sunscreen is a must. I use a waterproof spray on type, coppertone sport for both of us. It comes off Dusty after repeated dryings at the lake or his pool.

Remember that if it's mosquito season, it's also flea/tic and heartworm season.
Keep those babies protected from all the nasties

He also loves icecubes BUT remember to wet them before you give them or it will stick(I learned the hard way!) Just picture Oskar's lip withan icecube hanging off and the saddest eyes! Oh i wish I had my camera ready!

Great reminder.
It's been HOT here this week and I've been worried about little Laila because she LOVES being outside in the yard but seems to forget to hydrate herself. I keep bringing her in for water but I'll just get an extra bowl for her outside.
Wouldn't want to interrupt her playtime!
