ARGH! That totally sucks, but now I know if something like that happens I will just have to fix it up myself. Actually with as many wounds as I have had in my life (including my head split in half) I have never had to get real stitches, just some staples right through the brain (that explains it).
How is the arm doing now? I still don't understand how that happened...
Geez, I hope you get him back soon.

I have to say that I wish you would explain what happened. I mean....7 stiches is more than just a tooth scraping a hand as they past each other. I guess I am just confussed as to how the accident happened, you keep saying it was a freak thing...but was she just playing and bit him or did she just scratch him or ? Please explain.

Sorry to hear about Doc. That is scary to know that a dog can be taken away so easily even if the event occured in your own home and you know it was an accident. I hope he is not too traumatized (?spelling) when he gets back home.
