My husband left the salt shaker on our coffee table last night after dinner and I didn't even think about it when I headed off to work this morning. Some time between 11 a.m.-3 p.m. One of the kids found it and took the lid off. I did have a large amount of salt all over the floor, but do not know how much they may have eaten.
I was just wondering if an excess amount of salt all at once could cause them to have any problems. They seem to be acting fine, but still am a little concerned.
I took our puppy Cooper to the vet this morning because we noticed that his right eye was blood red where it should be white. Vet said he will be fine with antibiotic treatment, just that he had some type of trauma (ran into something, or one of the other dogs 'Boxed' him).
Guess we just aren't having much luck with them today.
