A limp and now a lump!

The lump is still there however the limping disappeared until I noticed it happen for two steps a couple days ago. It almost seemed more shoulder related then and she had played the previous day HARD.
Size of lump is the same. Just so weird. She won't limp at the vets office and it is too short lived and happens so infrequently that I can't get it on video to show anyone.
I'm having an internal battle with myself on what to do about this issue. She has been looked at twice for this and we have no answers.

ahh i know the feeling. some days i feel like i should have gone into veterinary because i feel like i know more than they do sometimes. not a bad idea to keep the camera handy though. i've had to use mine more than once when Tuff's balance issues were more elusive. the vets must think i'm mental haha. my 2 regulars knows that when i step into their office they have to just sit back for a good 5 minutes while i report my list of symptoms and amateur diagnosis :) i hope you can get some kind of direction soon.
