More Spring?
Hello all! You must have tough skin!! I was thinking more "spring"....I will try to rally up another gathering for the DC, MD, VA boxer folks come March or April...I just hate the cold!! Too much snow!! Best of luck if a gathering is pulled together for February! Dress Warm!! :D :D

I would love to get together in mid-March. My two year old boxer loves to play and we have had a hard time finding places to go since we moved outside of Baltimore!

March 20 Boxer Bash
Lets plan for Saturday, March 20. Since we are all over the metroplex, I think we should field ideas from everyone on where to have it. A fenced in park with little/no fees would probably be best... I have found these that fit those requirements:
Wheaton, MD
Wheaton Regional Park
Waldorf, MD
White Plains Dog Park
Alexandria, VA
Simpson Stadium Park at Monroe Avenue
5000 block of Duke Street east of the Charles E. Beatley, Jr. Library
Montgomery Park at the corner of Fairfax and 1st Streets
Ben Brenman Park by Backlick Creek
Arlington, VA
Utah Park, 3308 S. Stafford St.
Madison Community Center (official name is Fort Ethan Allen Park), 3829 North Stafford Street
You can view almost all of the information on these parks from the link I listed above...
If there are more that I missed and that are close enough for everyone to get to, please let me know. Also, please give input for where you would like it to be. We will probably have to pick one and choose others for our later boxer bashes. Maybe one a month? Please share your thoughts!

Niaya really needs some additional outdoors obedience training. She is a joy inside but outside her hound dog nose takes her attention away from everything else.

There are open woods behind my home. We don't have a fence. Blade does his business and roumps back home. Niaya catches a scent and up and down the woods she runs....... About 30 minutes later she comes back home. . She knows being an adopted baby a good home when she found us!
That being said I willwork on keeping her attention when at the park. Count us in
