Honestly here in Delaware it has rained at least the last four Saturdays my boyfriend is getting tired of taking Layla up on a sunday after the rain she gets all muddy then we have to puy her in the lake to get the mudd off then dry her off to put ehr in the car.. also we have to drive an hour up there and back.. So I have no problems but he on the other hand is like lets just take her out here(our courtyard) which is fine but there are no other puppies to play with.... That is her favorite part...

Yes they have a dance for rain so lets all do a dance so it is sunny... people in my office are looking at me like im on crack!!! ( Im dancing around my desk with my picture of Layla....lol I want to see all your babies... I just put new pics of layla in her Bandana that she was going to where to meet you all...awe.. I dont think you can see them yet but check back...

iboxer, are you actually in the city or somewhere around it? I live in Kensington, right by where connecticut hits university. Do you ever go to the dog park at wheaton regional?

Yes I live in the city of DC, NE, pretty close to the MD line, but not bordering Wheaton. I have never been to Wheaton Regional, but my dog walkers used to take Blue and a bunch of other dogs there everyday.

So you live closer to the Silver Spring/Tocoma Park area? Maybe we can organize a little mini boxer bash to the wheaton park sometime :)

So are we still planning on meeting this Saturday? The last I heard, there was a chance of scattered showers, but only like a 30% chance so we should be okay. It looks like it is going to be humid that day but if the dogs will swim, they should be okay. There's also plenty of water there to drink (for the dogs, that is, unless you enjoy drinking out of a bowl that is half slobber.) :)
