We're still coming! I watched the weather at 5 or so and it said the rain would be here later tonight and late tom. afternoon. So if we get there early enough we won't hit rain at all. Don't they have some kind of outdoor shelter? What are those things called? Damn, I am getting old!heehee Oh well you guys know what I am talking about. We could hide under there if it gets real bad!

Just printed off the directions! Looks like it will take us about an hour and a half to get there. I think I may bring some of Bella's food for the ride back. She doesn't like to eat too early in the AM. Hope to see many boxers there tomorrow! Looking forward and hoping for good weather!

Neksmom, they have pavillions but I was checking their website and it says they are for reservation only. I wonder since the weather wont be so nice we may be able to use them anyways? We'll see tomorrow. I'm going to be exausted :o, its 1 am and I just got off work, see you guys in a few hours

Boo, hoo!! It's raining and really a yucky day is forecast. Sebya and I will not be coming. So-o-o-o sorry. We were really looking forward to our first bash!

OK we need feedback from someone who lives in Annapolis!
I looked out my window at 6AM Saturday morning and it is raining first thing :(
Now driving in the rain w/ 2 boxers to a muddy park isn't appealing.
So we will play it by ear and see if Mr. Sun pokes his head out for us.

OK I am not in Annapolis but it Frederick, and it wasn't supposed to start raining till 10 here! Bella and I will not be there. I am extremely dissapointed. Bella and I may to to go down there next weekend just for the hell of it. Do we want to reschedule? Ughh! I am so sick of this rain! Enough already!:mad:

What's the verdict? If I had to drive any longer than I do to get there I wouldn't come in the rain. I'm still ok coming (I did say rain or shine) but thought you all should know the weather here.

There is a steady curtain of rain in PG County so Let me make this suggestion
The Boxerbash scheduled for Saturday June 7th is offically postponed due to the yucky rain
But this is just a small obstacle.
As we are determined to meet up in the summer of 2003!

How about trying again at Quiet Waters???
It's a great park!! Let's try the next one here again, maybe July??
How about the weekend of July 12th? That's a saturday I think.
Then it'll be nice and hot so the furbabies can play for a bit then swim for a bit to cool off!!!! The Park is open until dusk, so if we wanted to try to meet around 5ish...it'd be getting cooler but there'd still be plenty of daylight and it'll still be warm enough for the pups to swim!!!
