Hey guys,
I think VA is probably better. It is in the middle for EVERYONE. We have so many people that live in all parts of DC, MD and VA. I believe aimee lives like 2 hours from the 1st boxerbash, shannon was about 1.5 away. i was an hour away.
I just think VA is fair for everyone.
Maybe what we can do is plan 2. one in MD and one in VA.
Kate brought up the bark holloween in quiet waters on the 26th- do the MD people want to go?? it is a costune party. SOUNDS WAY FUN!!! The 19th is a walk for the animals in Bowie, i can get more info.
What does everyone think??
The days i can NOT do are the 6th (sun), 12th(sat), 19th(sat), 26th(sat) of Oct.

Hey guys! Yea...Maryland is just too far for me...I am driving from Newport News which is about 2 hours from Woodbridge, VA. I am farther away than Aimee is!
The only time I plan on being in the area is the weekend of October 25th...so I can do it that Sunday...but that's it :(

hey I made a rhyme. Lol And the thought of dressing up in costume is Fantastic!! Halloween is one of my MOST Favorite holidays! Now SubiRu when is the parade didn't you say that was in annapolis?vaboxer I missed you not being there for the Boxer Beach Bash so we need to maket a good time for you to!

Why not plan a MD, VA, VA Costume Party Boxer Bash In VA?????? October 25th??? All We have to do is pick a nice location, dress up and show up!

October 25th is a friday...most of us work??? :confused:
Sunday the 27th, however, may be better for those of us who would have to travel.
VA is fine if it's Sunday the 27th.
I'm not familiar with Dog Parks there but am willing to go anywhere.
If it's Sunday the 27th we could plan for around noon for those driving an hour or two....or were you thinking later in the evening, Zsara? :confused:

I think the 27th is a GOOD idea!!! its a sunday which we have found works good for almost everyone. i will send some emails and see what kind of response we get. Zsara- GREAT IDEA about the costumes. for anyone looking- Kate (brwneyesk8) and i went to the mall and in the middle was a little stand selling costumes and they had ones for pets, we paid 7.00 for each costume. Porter is Batman, Subi is the witch (thinking about putting a B instead though :p) and Bailey is the devil (great fit for her).
I will also see what i can find in VA. The other park we went to was nice BUT No shade, No little dog park (they suffer from little man syndrome) No water fountains, so i would rather see if i can find something else i will do some researching
