A woman at work, Linda owns a 4 year old spayed female brindle boxer and needs to find a home for her ASAP. The dog needs to go to a single dog family in the Reno, Nevada area preferably. The boxer, "Brandy" belonged to Linda's mother in law who was placed in a nursing home for health reasons. Brandy barked too much and was evicted so Linda took Brandy into her home and let her mother in law take one of her little dogs that was very low maintenance. Well, the mother in law recently moved into Linda's house as well as both dogs. The dogs automatically did not get along because they were both fighting for Linda's mother in laws attention and love. Last night, Linda mistakenly locked both dogs in a bedroom together while they all went out and when they got back, they found the little dog dead. This is all very horrible!! I don't feel like it was Brandy's fault and I don't think that she would ever hurt a thing if she hadn't have been under all this stress. Linda had to take her to a shelter today because she fears for the lives of her other dogs. Brandy needs a stable, loving home. If anyone is interested in adopting her, please let me know.
