3 week old pups for sale

I was a upset over what I saw in my local paper. They had boston terrier pups for sale at only 3 weeks of age. They didn't say they'd be ready at a certain date, but that they're ready now. I know they aren't boxers, but still how can people be so stupid.

a lady who lives near me's dogs had pups. She handled them id say from about the 3rd day they were born and i kept telling her not to and not to let the ppl that she was bringing over constantly to see them touch them. About 2 days later she had all the pups outside Mom was inside. At 2 weeks Mom stopped feeding them and she gave away 3 and kept 4 had to take care of them (hand feed etc) and then at about 3 weeks she sold the others.

I refuse to look in the pet section of my local paper... it makes me too MAD!!!!! too many stupid ''breeders''. Poor poor puppies. Makes me ill.
