........We do have a king size bed, do they make a bigger one???

If you find that bigger bed, let me know! My girls hog up the entire king size bed, leaving me to literally fight for the very edge - and I don't even have a SO to add to the mix (the guy would have to be an avid boxers-in-the-bed lover, cuz apparently it is NOT my bed so I don't get to make the rules-hahaha).

And ya gotta love being 'pinned' into bed in the sandwich effect - and I don't get to play the part of the bread! The two girls are in cahooz with the cover stealing too. The other night, Tenaia got too hot under the down comforter (which brings up a whole other issue S-P-O-I-L-E-D? gee ya think), so she slithered out through the foot of the bed, taking half the covers with her of course. Then Miss Tess, finding the pile of fluffy covers just too darn hard to resist, proceeded to relocate herself right in the middle! The result - mommy in a freezing heap at the edge of the bed, and way too much dead weight to even attempt sharing a teeny piece of blanket.

Don't ya just love them!!

king size bed, do they make a bigger one??? lol, lol.

Actually they DO make a size bigger. Its called a California King sized. Good luck trying to find one..and if you do, sheets, blankets, comforters etc are almost non exsistant. And pricey!

Here ya go:

A Standard King is also called an Eastern King and a California King is also called a Western King.

A Standard King is about 4" wider and a California King is 4" longer.

Two people sleeping in a King size bed will get the same amount of personal sleeping space as in a Twin bed. In fact, if you pushed two Extra-Long Twin beds together they'd be about the same size as an Eastern King. For great versatility in a guest room, if you have the floor space, use 2 extra long twin beds separately for singles or push them together to make a king bed for couples.

standard King or Eastern King beds are about 18" wider than a Queen bed and the same length. A King size bed is sold with two box springs or frames and one mattress. This makes it easier to move.
Overall dimensions: 76" wide x 80" long
Width per person: 38"

Overall dimensions: 72" wide x 84" long
Width per person: 36"
Pros: A California King size mattress is wide enough for two to sleep comfortably and is the longest bed commonly available. Its extra length is good for tall people.

I woke up this morning and was laying halfway down the bed and sweet Zoe was snoozing away all curled up on my pillows. Cracks me up when I get up in the middle of the night to go potty and I come back in my room only to find Zoe laying on my pillow! The funny thing is that even when I give her her own pillow to sleep on she seems to prefer mine! I don't mind it though. Kids, cats and Zoe all seem to prefer Mommy's bed, and I definitely don't get cold with all the extra body heat! I keep saying that I need to get her a bed of her own, but honestly I think I'd miss having her in mine!

I can relate. My girl sleeps in my queen bed with me...I have learned to claim my space and covers when I get in but by half-way through the night I still only have a sliver of bed and little covers! What a bed hog. I don't get a great sleep but I love her too much to kick her out. Last night she was sleeping beside me with her head on the pillow. It was priceless :)

Buddy still sleeps with us. We thought we were bright and got him a big pillow from the feed store. Guess where the pillow is! It stays at my feet in the bed with us. He likes to sleep on it but it comes in bed too. We tried the floor but he still jumps in with us then stares at his pillow. The only time I really mind is when Buddy pin me in between my BF and him. I get squished. I get up and move Buddy to the middle then I have to fight for covers. I don't mind sharing my pillow but I DO mind freezing.
