2 yr old girl for adoption

So after much thought and at my wits end. I have contacted 2 rescues in my area about surrendering Layla. I have been screening people myself also. We have had her since she was 8 wks old and about 7 months ago Mike and I seperated he has kept her b/c he didnt want to give her up either. But with me gone she is by herself the majority of the day and is not getting the excersise she needs. So we think that she would be better in a home that has more time to love her and play with her. We have found that she is probably to hyper for a home with smaller children she does not know and knocks them down. She jumps on everyone when she first meets them eventually she calms down but with a small child she could accidentally hurt them. This is her only so called flaw. She plays well with all other dogs and loves the park she loves children perhaps too much. She loves car rides and playing ball.
So I came here to ask you all to put your feelers out to help Layla find a home.

Layla has went to a new family that is about 40 mintues from me and so far she seems to be doing well. I hope her new family will post on here too. Thank you all for your support.
