13 Weeks Puppy Pees on floors

Hello,

I'm having some trouble, when she sleeps in my room in her bed I have a training pad that she actually poops/pees on it & I praise her..Once we are downstairs by the kitchen even though the training pad is in there too, she seems to pee on the floor instead of the pad..I left her in her crate but she seems to poop and pee in it..I believe because I was gone for more than 8 hours.

Now, I left her in a small open space, with her crate open and training pad outside and toys. So far she has used the training pad correctly.

This is my first dog, want to make sure I'm house training her correctly. I take her out to make deck, where she pees/poops fine. I also praise her there..

When she get older will she learn not to use the pad??

I myself never used puppy pads when potty training because it just confuses them as to where to go potty. I took Toby out, when we first got him every 30 min or so whether he needed to go or not to teach him where to go potty and as he got older I stretched out the time as to when I took him out, I did this all through the night too until he was 4 or 5 months old and learned to hold his bladder throughout the night. Everyone has their own ways of training. Also as soon as your furbaby gets up in the mornings take her straight outside to go potty, carry her out yourself and don't give her the chance to go potty on your floors. She will soon get the hang of it

My boxer pup is 10 weeks old and I take him out to potty at least every 30-45 minutes when we are at home. I take him out 10-15 minutes after he eats or drinks any water.

Also, in his crate I have it blocked off so its just big enough he can sleep and move around. If its any bigger they will get the idea to pee/poop one one side, and sleep on the other which defeats the purpose of the pup being in its crate.

A 13 week puppy cant hold its bladder long...so 8 hours its definitely much too long. Are you able to get home every 2-3 hours to let your pup out to go potty? I crate Cash while I am at work for 4 hours...then go home and play with him on my lunch break and let him go pee/poop...then back in his crate for 3 hours until I come home and then we play until he crashes at night. :D
