My puppy is 9.5 weeks old and the vet weighed him in at 11lbs.....he seems a bit skinny to me but I'm not sur if it's just me getting paranoid. Does his weight seem low for his age?
Our Dakota is 8 weeks and only 6 lbs. Where he rib cage ends by her hind legs, she is really tiny. Not sure if this is normal, but we saw her mother and she was really tiny in the same area!
The first time we had Cashew weighed at 11 weeks old, she weighed 14 pounds, our vet didn't find it a problem. Of course now, at 14 weeks, I think she's around 20 pounds. We'll find out on Monday when she goes back to the vet.
