Such a relief!
So we went for our second opinion last night and it was great news!! Apparently, his upper jaw is trying to grow and move forward, but his upper teeth are in the way and digging into his lower jaw/gum....ouch! So the lump/ "tumor" is just overgrown gum tissue. This is not uncommon in bradycephalic breeds I guess. So....he still has to have surgery, but just to get his upper baby teeth pulled and all should be fine!
Wow, so vets are just not as good as others. This new vet new immediately what it was

Needless to say we are switching to this vet permanently. Zeke will now be going next Wednesday to have his teetch pulled. I even get to be there with him while he goes under, during the procedure, and hold him while he wakes up...and NO ACE!! Thank you everyone!
