I have an 11 mo. old female boxer. She is great. She listens pretty well and is trained to sit, stay, down, and "be quick" outside. However, many times when I leave her in her crate she will pee in her bed. Many times I will only be gone for anywhere from 1-4 hours. It has gotten worse as she got older, but it is slowly getting just a little bit better. She sleeps in her crate at night without a problem probably from 12-7 am, then I let her sleep in my bed for a couple hours depending on when I get up. (She loves getting in my bed in the morning). I have seen her go almost 12 hours without peeing. This is crazy. I am a 21 year old student and I work. I have my own business so I dont work for more than a couple of hours a day or every couple of days, and school is only a couple hours a day. It has gotten better since I started making her sleep in her crate at night again (i know i shouldnt have started letting her sleep with me but oh well shes back in the crate at night). Im pretty sure its anxiety. I need help, suggestions PLEASE! I thought i was great at training dogs but obviously not boxers! Its driving me to thinking of getting rid of her but i cant do that. Sorry this is so long, I SERIOUSLY NEED HELP.
