11 mo. Still peeing in bed;anxiety?im going crazy

I have an 11 mo. old female boxer. She is great. She listens pretty well and is trained to sit, stay, down, and "be quick" outside. However, many times when I leave her in her crate she will pee in her bed. Many times I will only be gone for anywhere from 1-4 hours. It has gotten worse as she got older, but it is slowly getting just a little bit better. She sleeps in her crate at night without a problem probably from 12-7 am, then I let her sleep in my bed for a couple hours depending on when I get up. (She loves getting in my bed in the morning). I have seen her go almost 12 hours without peeing. This is crazy. I am a 21 year old student and I work. I have my own business so I dont work for more than a couple of hours a day or every couple of days, and school is only a couple hours a day. It has gotten better since I started making her sleep in her crate at night again (i know i shouldnt have started letting her sleep with me but oh well shes back in the crate at night). Im pretty sure its anxiety. I need help,suggestions PLEASE! I thought i was great at training dogs but obviously not boxers! Its driving me to thinking of getting rid of her but i cant do that. Sorry this is so long, I SERIOUSLY NEED HELP.

I am having similar troubles! And i dont know if it's normal!!! Dozer is 2 1/2 months old only. In ONE WEEK he learned not to go in the house, but EVERY time he is in his cage he pees, even if its only for 1-2 hours. I dont understand. I thought dogs didn't like to sit in their own pee!!!!

I figured since he is so young, this is normal. But I would like to know how long this shoudl last...

Make that a third person that needs help with this problem. I work during the day but I have someone let Millie out twice a day so she is never in her crate for more than 3 hours at a time. When she does go, it tends to be in the afternoon because her towel is always wet when I come home. I tried taking her towel out of there, thinking she'd definately have to sit in it, but that didn't work as she licked it up so back went the towel. She is 5 months old and holds it all night long? If anyone is out there with a solution, please let us know.

it will be okay

first of all i totally understand what you guys are going through... kofi just stopped going in her crate and she's about 19 months old.... i know people have said it before but it takes time...

second...please try to stop comparing what the dogs do at night to what they do during the day... at night the body slows down while sleeping and it's easier to have greater bladder control... during the day when they're supposed to be awake its harder...

this is what i did to help stop the problem: first i made sure she got alot of exercise the night before and in the morning before i left... the more she slept in her crate the less she peed...
and i started leaving the radio on again... it's something i did when she was a puppy but as she got older i had gotten a little lax (additionally i think that was primarily the problem in my case... not the dog but me getting lazy)
and i made sure to have frozen a kong the night before to keep her occupied.. plus it made my leaving less traumatic... i also took out any newspaper or blanket in the crate that would absorb any urine...
but most imortantly was the inclusion of a crate divider and drastic reduction in the amount of space she had to go in....
also when i returned home in the evening... i did not immediately take her out of her crate.. but i checked my email first (or any other 5 minute activity)

i don't know what if any of the things i did worked but somehow it did... and now my evenings are a little more calm...

the only problem now is trying to get her to stop drinking out of my glass!
