100. Putting baby to sleep!

When I keep my sisters 3 month old & she will not quit crying I
can put her in Bubba's half circle on the couch & within seconds
she is cooing & then asleep. I discovered this by accident when I proped her up on Bubba while I was getting her bottle & before I could get the bottle to her mouth she had quit crying & was cooing & then closing her eyes & drifting off. This works especially well after Bubbs has been on his 6 mile hike & he would not move for anything, he doesn't seem to mind at all, of course he is almost 7 now, when he was younger this would not have worked.

ok - so there were only supposed to be 101, but some of them were repeated - so.....

....hearing assistant (Tenaia would be a perfect candidate for a hearing dog - she always comes running to get me and then stands by the oven and grumbles when the timer is beeping! Mommy's lil helper has saved a number of things from being burnt when I have been doing other things out of earshot from that timer:D She's also a five minute warning buzzer that the Schwans frozen food delivery truck is on it's way - boy does she hate that guy/truck, and she can hear it long before it gets to our street!)

....traction device - who needs to pay a physical therapist for traction treatment when you have a boxer who can do the same thing with a tug toy?

....paper weight (or any other thing you might need that your precious baby plants herself on so that you must pay attention to her and not what you were doing)
