puppy behavior

Davinci is 9 yrs old. He is extremely nice to people, but when dogs bark at him he goes crazy and is unforgiving in the future. He can be cool with a dog, play with him/her, and then out the blue days or weeks later he wants to brawl with him/her. Mainly it is a him. I believe he is an alpha...
