Getting the boxer soon. . . Is there anything important!?

Hello I'm planning on getting my first boxer. I no what to look for in a dog when picking but I don't know if there is anything specific i should look for in a boxer puppy. ill be looking for a female so if there is anything in that i should look at in that area 2.

Well i decided on a female so buck is out (i loved that name too) so i think ill go do a search like you suggested. Thank you for the help everyone.

I'm planning on getting a brindle boxer. i don't know about male or female. My girlfriend said female (she just wants another girl on her side) but i don't know. For the female name i was thinking "Bailey" and for the male i was thinking "Buck" i didn't want a normal name =) so are those names...
