    My baby was bit!

Again - thanks! wow - thanks for the info. I will get in touch and find out. The peculiar thing is - they didn't see anything like this happen when she got spayed. Is it possible they used a different anesthetic for a different procedure?

    My baby was bit!

Thanks! For all your thoughts! She is all stitched up and feeling much better (despite having to wear a cone when we can't watch her)! Although the vet did notice some signs of arrhythmia when she was under anesthesia adn a little after she came out. so maybe it was a blessing in...

    My baby was bit!

I feel awful! I took my Bailey (8 month old female) to the dog park we've been going to since she was a little pup tonight. She had a great time - playing as she normally does with everyone. I had to drag her out of there (like usual), went home and had our normal evening routine. an...

How many times do you feed per day

Bailey is 7 months old and pretty active. I am currently feeding her three times a day - but I wasn't sure when would be a good time to start feeding her only twice a day or if it is best to stick to the schedule i have her on now.

    "People" food

Just curious what sorts of "people" food everyone gives their boxer. I know Bailey LOVES peanut butter, carrots and yogurt. But I haven't explore much beyond that.

    Red eyes

For as long as I can remember, my boxer (7 month old female) has had red eyes. Is this something i should be concerned about or can it be allergies? My vet has never expressed concern, so I hadn't been. But this am at the dog park another boxer owner asked me why her eyes were so red. Any...

    Anxiety?

My Bailey is 7 months old and we haven't had housetraining problems in quite some time. She has always been good about telling us she needs to go in very obvious ways (i.e. whining in front of you and running to the door). But just this past weekend she's had three episodes where she's peed on...

    Been lurking for a while

My boyfriend and got our baby girl Bailey back in March. I had always wanted a boxer and couldn't wait another day! So many people gave us negative vibes about getting a puppy when we did (I'm in law school) - but I have never once second guessed our decision. She is the most fun and lovable...

Worried about sleeping and not eating

I have a 4 month old brindle girl, Bailey. My boyfriend and I had to leave town for the weekend and left her with good friends of ours. According to them, she had a great weekend and it sounds like she was her usual energetic self. Ever since we picked her up last night she has not been...
