Thank you!! I never knew I could be so in love with an animal until I got Mater.. I literally treat him like he was a human child. I'm glad this site exists so I know I'm not the only one.

That's so funny. Mater talks back to me all the time. When we watched the video Mater head tilted and then looked at me a sighed.

We had a lab/pit mix and he was the sweetest thing. The most aggressive dog we had was a mini doxie that decided she didn't like the way Mater looked at her and put a scare on his face.

Mater has many nick names; Matater Tater tot Monkey Monkey butt Mama's boy Turkey Turkey butt Bubby Spoiled Rotten Beaver boy BB (Boxer Butt) Jerk Spaz And probably a dozen more.

My name is Felicia and I got my brindle boxer Mater when he was 8 weeks old. He is now 8.5 months old and the most important thing in my life. I'm glad to have found a site that loves boxers as much as I do. I cant wait to post pictures and stories.
