Our Grandson spends many weekends at our house and Jake and Christian are great pals. Jake won't leave Christians side hardly when he visits. Christian loves him very much.

We don't give our dogs rawhide bones. I've read too many articles about how bad they can be. I buy the big soup bones at the grocers and then boil them to kill any bacteria. It's so funny watching Jake flick his tongue inside them to get at the marrow. I make sure I buy bones that are thick so...

We talk to Jake all the time. He's so smart he's even learned what words mean when I spell them out. He knows what I'm talking about when I spell "out" or "cookies" (doggy treats). Quite often he'll talk back with his woo wooing (his dog talk).
