He probably is, he's quite the rascal! He's always trying to test his limits. Sometimes he'll try to bite my hand and I'll say "don't bite" so he'll lick my hand and I'll tell him "good boy" then he'll ever so gently nip at my hand again. He makes me laugh, and it's hard to tell him "don't" when he does stuff like that.
