Oh how they love the snow! When I moved from the beach area to the snow with my boxers I was worried about the cold, being they\'re temperate dogs. But boy was I surprised! My pups can\'t wait for the snow and do very well in the cold. But we only get -15 here at the most. Does it ever get too cold for them there, where they don\'t want to go out?
Not very often. At -15F thats getting close to their tolerance level, even with socks and sweaters. They almost always want to go, they just don\'t want to stay out as long when it\'s below zero F. The cold hurts them like it does us. Neither one of these two have much body fat and consequently get cold easy.
