She wasn't such a good swimmer at first and was scared of the water but my dad's dog loves it and she couldn't stand watching her swim while she was in the kayak. She isn't as graceful (her butt sinks) but she can hold her own now. This was taken on the Brazos River. I see you are from Texas, too.

yep- we're about 30 miles northeast of Austin, in a little bitty town named Bertram. I think if we were around the water more often he'd warm up to it, but his butt sinks too
