Jan,
No problem on the install, I used liquid nails instead of the srcrews it came with, because its a metal door, I couldn't cut a nice clean straight line, to line the screws up perfectly... so the liquid nails worked best and filled in the gaps around the frame of the Dog Door and the door itself....as well as hold everything together...I/they love the dog door...
Jan, Did you get your dog door installed? Where did you put it in?.. Mine is in the basement garage, at our previous house we had a big ticket $$ Hale dog door installed in the kitchen door, it cost a small fortune but was worth it because it was 99% energy efficent double flap loads of magnets not a single draft ever made it through,,,can you tell I miss that dog door..My current one is a cheapy but does the job and drafts aren't an issue...so long as it keeps bugs and reptiles out..
