Awww! Well, maybe one day you can get Shakira a kitten! I think if you get them when they are young enough, they definitely learn to adapt and even love having a dog around. When I lived with my mom, her cats hated Duke even though Duke never bothered them but I think its because they never lived with a dog before Duke was around.
LOL! That's so funny that the Boxer's name is Duchess and the kitty's name is Hazzard! It looks like it should be the opposite. The kitty looks sooo sweet and innocent. And I wanna kiss Duchess' pretty, sleepy face!
