Awwwy, very nice photo. Don't you just want to go over there and wake her up!! How old was Peaunut when you lost her? How are you doing? I couldn't imagine losing my zoey. She has a rare muscle disease and I'm hoping everying will be ok with her. It's hard to lose a pet and sometimes you wonder if you should get another one. take care.... me and zoey.
Peanut went to the rainbow bridge on 2-15-05, she was only 6 (she would be 7 this coming October 6). Her heart just could not work anymore, and she had begun to suffer. some of the photos of she and i were taken only days before we let her go. we are doing better, as time eases the pain, but it was overwhelming. she was my little girl, and we were lost without her. at times it felt like i just could not breath. but we know the decision was the right one....we just wish she was here and it is not fair that they have to get such a raw deal. all they do is love..... i hope that zoey is well.
yes she was my angel, and of course still is. i look at the picture and the date on it and realize that it was almost one year ago to teh date--taken on july 24-2004. although at the time of the photo we knew about her heart condition, we had no idea that almost exactly one year later we would be spreading her ashes over aspen mt. we did not know that she woudl decline at the end so rapidly.
